Fly at neck-breaking-speed past difficult terrain to rescue your blue-bird friends in this unique flight-based platformer!
Escape Velocity is a platformer with a unique twist: instead of jumping you fly! Fly very fast and reach those difficult high-up platforms, but risk losing control and smashing into the hard rocks below... Will you be able to keep the right amount of speed to get to the caged birds?
- A purely skill-based platformer where you use flight instead of the usual mechanics!
- Use gravity to gain speed, or flap your wings to slow down. Balance controlability versus speed
- 25 unique levels, with 15 hard-to-get collectable flying eggs

This was pretty cool but I had issues finding out the controls! "Escaping Velocity" But find my video review below:

Hey Bastian, thank you so much for your video review! That was very enlightening :D I agree that the controls are a bit tricky to get into, but I like them because they are not your usual platformer controls. Perhaps I should make the early levels a bit easier, so that you have more time to get used to it.
Anyway, the entire idea is that you cannot go higher than your original jump. So you have to jump from branch to branch to get higher up to the end.
